I am a PhD student in medical image analysis at the Biomedical Imaging Group Rotterdam, within the Erasmus Medical Center Rotterdam. In 2016 I completed my first Master degree in Electronic Engineering by the Federal Technical University of Paraná (UTFPR) in Brazil and, in 2018, I completed my second Master degree in Biomedical Imaging Processing by the ParisTech University in Paris.
Currently, the topic of my research is the development of advanced integrated methods for reconstruction and motion corretion in MRI, more specifically regarding acceleration of quantitative MRI pipelines, working under the supervision of Dr. Dirk Poot and Dr. ir. Stefan Klein.
My research approach involves the derivation of statistical models and application of deep learning algorithms to improve and accelerate MRI acquisitions.
