Biography

Xinyi Wan graduated from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, specializing in medical engineering with a focus on medical imaging. Following her graduation, she commenced her Ph.D. at Erasmus Medical Center in 2023, becoming a part of the Trustworthy AI for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (TAIMRI) Lab, which is a collaborative effort involving Erasmus MC, General Electric Healthcare, and the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Her research aims to develop trustworthy AI methods to improve the diagnosis of bone and soft-tissue lesions with MRI.
