Congratulations to Martijn for receiving the starter scholarship from the OCW
As many as 34 university lecturers and university medical specialists have received start-up grants of €120,000 from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW). In addition, seven researchers received an incentive grant of €88,000.
These start-up and incentive grants were made available by the Ministry of OCW with the aim of stimulating untied research and reducing competition and application pressure. The scholarships were abolished on January 1, 2025, making this the last round of grants.
Martijn is one of the 34 Erasmus MC graduates who received the OCW Starter Scholarships.
