Euro-BioImaging is a research infrastructure that offers open access to imaging technologies, training and data services in biological and biomedical imaging. Euro-BioImaging consists of imaging facilities, called Nodes, that have opened their doors to all life science researchers.
Euro-BioImaging and BIGR
BIGR plays an active role in the Population Imaging Flagship Node, the Erasmus MC Node connected to Euro-BioImaging. With the experience in data storage, image analysis and machine learning on large datasets acquired in large population-based studies, the Node aims at developing state of the art image analysis pipelines for both population and clinical studies. The Node provides technical support in and advice on 1) image storage and quality assurance 2) image analysis pipelines and 3) high volume image processing.
