Biography

Myrthe van Haaften is a PhD student in the research line on Neuroimage Analysis & Machine Learning. She obtained her MSc degree in Technical Medicine cum laude from the Technical University of Delft, Leiden University and Erasmus University Rotterdam. She started her PhD in 2023, and her research interests lie in the intersection of machine learning, image analysis and neurodegenerative diseases. Her PhD project, embedded in the TAP-dementia consortium, focuses on the development of a deep learning model for etiological diagnosis of dementia.
