Biography
Background
Natalia obtained her master’s degree in Bioinformatics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Universiteit van Amsterdam. Her master’s thesis centered on developing an Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) model for medical image classification
Research In 2024, Natalia began her PhD at Erasmus Medical Center. She is part of the Artificial Intelligence for Integrated Diagnostics (AIID) research line, working on a project aimed at creating a deep, pan-cancer meta-learning framework. The framework will use AutoML and meta-learning methods to facilitate the transfer of knowledge across clinical domains in medical imaging.
